PAWS Art Volunteering
We depend on your help for this entirely volunteer-run art program that reaches all Woodburn students! No special creative or artistic skills required.
Art Prep Volunteers:
Volunteers who sign up to help behind the scenes will help us get all the materials ready prior to the start of the projects!
Classroom Lead
Teachers will ask parents and select Classroom Lead(s) to help support the PAWS Art Program by volunteering during their teachers scheduled art lessons. When multiple leads are assigned to a classroom, they can take turns so that at least one trained volunteer is present for each art session.
Classroom Leads are asked to:
- Watch the volunteer training videos before each project
- Assist the teacher by guiding students and supporting other volunteers during art project
Class Assistants
As a class assistant, you will help with set-up, distribute supplies, encourage students, help students stay on task, and clean-up.
